China is strengthening naval power in Pakistan’s Gwadar Port: Satellite Images

According to the defense magazine Forbes, China is going to use the port of Gwadar as its naval base. Forbes has recently come up with some satellite images. That image shows that China has chosen the Pakistani port of Gwadar to increase its power in the Indian Ocean. Work like that is going on.

Note that Beijing has been carrying out construction work on the port of Gwadar for the last few years. However, in 2019, the Pak port was handed over to China. China has been doing construction and development work in that port itself. Beijing has been seen using the port of Gwadar more than once before to monitor India.

Meanwhile, satellite image shows that several new bases have been set up in the port of Gwadar. One of them has been identified as a Chinese company building a port. There are also strict security measures.

In April, a video of the Chinese military conducting military exercises in the Pakistani port city of Karachi was posted on Twitter. All such pictures and videos were leaked via satellite. And that is where the intense debate is born. Chinese military exercises on Pakistani soil have sparked intense controversy. This satellite photo and video found out by a Twitter user named D-Atis.

It shows a Pakistan Navy hovercraft heading towards Manora beach in Karachi. It is located next to one of the most important ground bases of the Pakistan Navy called PNS Qasim. However, other sources said that hovercraft has naval personnel from both Pakistan and China.
